We provided tailoring classes during the past year to young members of our local community, to help protect against the negative health effects of poverty, such as malnutrition and difficulty affording healthcare.

After graduating, they will be able to earn an income by selling the clothes they manufacture and can save money by making clothes for their families. We provided pedal powered sewing machines, which were used during these classes.
